When to book for the wedding invitations and day-of-stationery?
You can reserve your spot at least 3-5 months prior to ordering wedding invitations and 2-3 months for the day-of-stationery items. It can be secured by an initial deposit.
How many invitations do I need?
We recommend ordering 60-70% of the total guest count and usually, there is one invitation per household/couple.
Is there any minimum order quantity for the invitations?
Yes, 50 is the minimum order quantity for invitations.
What is the price range for invitations and stationery?
Please contact us with your invitations or stationery requirements and we will provide a custom quote as the pricing depends on a number of factors such as the quantity, paper quality, printing methods, other upgrades, etc.
How does the payment work?
We require an initial deposit to book your order and payment plans will be discussed during the initial consultation. Upon design approval and prior to printing, full payment is required.
What is the turnaround time?
The average design and printing turnaround for our semi-custom invitation collection is 3-4 weeks and custom orders take a little longer. We also deliver rush orders at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Are envelopes included or not?
Yes, standard envelopes are part of the invitation package. However, upgrades are also available upon request such as envelope liners, envelope calligraphy, printed envelopes, etc.
Do you also provide calligraphy services?
Yes, absolutely! There is a number of ways to include calligraphy such as spot calligraphy on invitations, envelope calligraphy, calligraphy on place cards, wedding menus, wedding signs, etc. Please contact us if you are interested.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we work with clients all across the globe and ship worldwide. A shipping fee will be added to your order.
Do I need extra invitations?
We highly recommend ordering 10-15 extra invitations for last-minute additions, keepsakes, photography, etc. And we recommend ordering at least 20% extra envelopes if you are opting for envelope calligraphy.
